You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition. Items not meeting these criteria—such as final sale, intimate wear, or damaged goods caused by misuse—may not be accepted.
To begin a return, please reach out to our customer care team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns submitted without an RA number may not be processed.
Once we receive the item, we’ll review its condition and notify you regarding the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your payment method within several business days. Any applicable return shipping costs or restocking fees may be deducted.
For late or missing refunds, please contact your bank or card provider. If the issue remains unresolved, we’re here to help.

When returning an item, package it securely with all original accessories and paperwork. Label your RA number clearly on the parcel and send it through a trackable shipping service.
Restocking fees may apply depending on the product and its return condition. We’ll notify you if this fee applies to your order.
If the return is due to a shipping error or defective item, we will cover the cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
